The extra time she took was especially appreciated because she was leaving on a trip that very night! When our blinds came in, Ray brought them to our home and installed each one personally and professionally. Leah followed up later to make sure we were pleased, and when I run into her at the grocery store or elsewhere, she always remembers me by name.
