Our Wood Shutters are manufactured from solid Basswood. They can be made into most specialty shapes. A single panel, because of its thickness and strength can be made up to 40 inches wide. Most other shutters only go to 28-36 inches. They are available in a multitude of paint and stain colors and can be custom color matched.

Our Wood Shutters are manufactured in at high altitude. That is an advantage, as they they are specifically made with dry high altitude climate in mind, so you don’t have to worry about splitting or cracking. They have 1 inch thick rails, not 7/8 inch like many other shutters. This means they are more dimensionally stable. They will not split, crack, or warp. They will not melt in the hot sun, like many inferior plastic shutters. They also insulate well and do an excellent job blocking noise. They will not yellow with sun exposure like many low quality shutters. The pricing is as good as or better than Chinese made plantation shutters. Unlike mass-produced shutters, many custom options are available.
